As far as I know JB weld isnt conductive, but you might wanna put some on a piece of paper or something and test it with a Ohm meter ;)

thermally or electrically? from my experience it isnt electrically conductive and would like to hear how good thermaly conductive it is....i have heard of people attaching a large heatsink with JB weld and high pressure clamp down for 24 hours to set and then able to overclock higher but....its permanent.
