From all the reviews I've looked at the Alpha PEP66 is the best, depending on what mobo you have (Abit KT7 for one) you may have to get a thin fan (10mm) or modify it so that the fan is mounted on top (instructions on this site). www.2cooltek.com has it for sale for $34US which is the cheapest I've seen, but I haven't been looking too hard...

I used the alpha pep66 cooler with 60mm delta and it worked great. There is a mod to do to it an very simple, took about 5 minutes so fan is pointed outward an not upward.
