Im using the classic setting on XP so it will look like 2000. I changed the start menu so it would also look like 2000, now is there any way to remove the documents tab altogether from the start menu, I know that this is possible in NT 4.0 but I dont know if its possible in XP can someone help me out.

You can use TweakUI to remove "My Documents" from the "Classic" Start Menu. Open TweakUI | Click on the "Explorer" Branch | Under "Settings" in the RH pane, uncheck Show My Documents on classic Start Menu.
You can download the TweakUI Powertoy from MS's site here...

thanks that helped a lot.
easy way... right click the taskbar>properties>start menu>customize>advanced>documents>don't display this item
and you don't even need a special program.
