Yes, hook the one clip on the socket, Position the sink flat on the processor, Take a screwdriver and push the other clip down till it latches. Do not push on the heat sink just on the clip. I suggest using artic silver or another thermal paste rather than the pad that comes with the fop. Take your time and you should make out all right...
