Server 112 is down again. Vijay has been notified aand he tried to ping it from home and had no results. He is on his way into work to get the problem fixed.

Got a 6 pointer that I can't send. Lot of work for nothing. Guess it will send sooner or later. Of all servers to go down why the 6 pointer.:mad: :beer: :burn:

just bumping cause 112 seems to be down again. couldn't send results and "Getwork #7" just failed. wonder what the ETA is on those 5 new servers.

Server 112 has caused persistant problems - Vijay took stopped it sending out any more WU but left it on so it could collect old WU - i think he's been having to restart it everyday at the moment as something keeps bringing it down.

Think the date on those new servers is now officially 2-4 weeks as they were delayed severely.

thanks rich. i started browsing through there a little after my post. wonder if i should just restart the client or leave it be.

Well I doubt the server will be back up until Vijay gets into work, and then he'll probably be busy cos he said he had to do a presentation of results today.

If i was you i'd set up another console with the -local switch after it.
