The extreme has a giant fan on it. I got one and I highly reccomend it. I got an AGOIA Y 1600 at 1802 MHz w/ 1.8 V and last night my loads dropped to 34C! It averages 35-36C though, and I don't have any AC in my apartment. At stock my loads were like 32-33C.

Yeah, get the ExtremeSE version, even at 7v with a tornado should cool really well but up it to 12v and it will be really really good. I really want to see how this heatsink performs on a Tbred...From reviews and lots of reading this heatsink thrives on small contact area and other heatsinks keep struggling. I would though make sure the copper plug is flush withe the aluminum if your cpu doesnt make full contact with the copper. A little bit of lapping with a sanding block and some fine sand paper would make it perform even better than before. I have the heatsink and modding it to fit a delta 68 since i got one of those for fairly cheap and forgot about it. Then i will be able to overclock my duron morgan core and up the voltage...the morgan core durons are almost the size of t-breds and unless you have a good heatsink they tend not to overclock well....and even then somtimes.
