hi makeing a water cool rig and i need to know where is the best place i would be able to find jb weld? and what is it

JB weld is a two part metal epoxy. You should be able to get it in any automotive or hardware store.

Works well on plastics too. I am using it to secure and seal fittings on my water pump. After sanding it even matched the grey color the pump.
