YS-Tech Case fan Arrows

I've just took delivery of YS-Tech 120mm and 80mm case fans. I noticed there are 2 directional arrows on there - one points horizontally which I know is the direction of air flow the other one points vertically, what does this indicate?

should be direction of fan rotation

Horizontal arrow indicates spin direction. Vertical line indicates direction of airflow.
