i have been thinking about getting another heatsink since this one is better if the fan is sucking off of the cpu and i have all kinds of case fans cooling this...anyways, which of these 2 would be better and im thinking about using the 92mm tornado...how much if any do u think this will drop my load temps of about 46-degree's celcius (really hot in my room...summertime)...

The slk800 is the better performing of the two but it is close (a few Degrees at max), the slk800 is slightly more expensive so the AX7 wins the Price/Performance ratio here.
You should run a maximum of 3-7C Cooler depending on whether you use a 92MM fan or not, I'd recommend using AS3 too if your not already.
Your Alpha PAL 8045 is a Good enough Heatsink as it is though, if you haven't got the Money to purchase a new HSF yet then why not try fitting a 92MM fan on it?
Here is a way to fit an 92MM fan on a Alpha PAL 8045 80>92MM (http://forum.oc-forums.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=83633&highlight=92MM+fan+Alpha+8045)
Hope this helps,
