I´m Trying to buy a good peltier system (also i´m making my watercooling system) to reach the lowest temps available.
What type of peltier should I buy for a P3 500 Slot 1 (Katmai) ´My mobo is a Soyo 6BA + IV and I have the 4 Dimms slots full.
Is a peltier system a good choice???

Active cooling can be a fine thing, but with the low multiplier Katmai core I'm not sure you will get very high speeds from it. For the cost of the pelt system and some water cooling hardware, you could buy a faster chip, and overclock it much higher without the active cooling. Just a good heatsink/fan will put many cc0 PIII-700s at 1 GHz. Much fewer headaches as well.
