P4 PSU, AMd PSU, XP PSU, is there a difference?

Well as im looking at cases and PSUs to buy for my 1.6a, P4S533 mobo im wondering if there is a difference or if i can just go head an use a PSU taht does say something similar to "P4 OK"

As long as it has sufficient power for what you intend to use it for, it should be fine.

P4 PSUs must have the P4 motherboard connector.
