Well I have a problem I have a XP 1900 heatsink and no other fans (my cheap case) anyways its very noicy like 35dbm and if I add some fans to intake and exaust it will be even more noice right?

Well I'm wondering and looking for advice. I guess there is no possible way to make my system for quite so I'm thinking of making a new system with intel. If I get a intel system can I get some very quite cooling?

I have one dell pc and it only has one fan what exaust and a pube from that fan that goes to cpu (there is only a heatsink and no fan it and the one fan in the case is blowing like a heatsink with a fan) so anyways what im saying is anyway to build a intel 2.0 ghz system with very very little noice? What part and stuff?

If your not gonna overclock or your gonna overclock mildly the stock Intel cooler works great and is pretty quiet.

The heatsink and fan that come with a retail Intel CPU.

Ahh, and what about case fans and stiff like that I wont need any of those?

A fan or two to get circulation through the case wouldn't hurt, there are some nice quiet fans out there that will do the job for you. What size you need is gonna depend on your case.
