ah thanks again brother, u come thru for me again =p haha.. is there any settings on the asus p4t533 that i should set .... right now i seem to be stable at 163mhz 4x i broke the 4000meg mem bandwidth barrier =)

oh and your wcpuid works a ok!

jdmcnudgent

i dont think anything special, i just turned the raid off, via jumper. i would almost just run at that speed, because you would need like 190+ fsb running the mem at 3x to make up that bandwidth, nice job.:D

well some sandra scores would be nice, maybe PCMark, Prime 95, Super PI, whatever. I just would like to see how the Rimm4200 effects scores. Thanks.

i dunno... i think i need more ram and a new hard drive, plus the floppy even when im at default 2.26 my system seems to be laggy at times.... seems to crawl personally i really cant notice the diff between this system and my p3 800 when it comes to applications .. games i get more fps at higher quality but thats it, load time is faster yes but not that noticable...im wondering if my chips not stable, maybe ram... i just cant figure it out... im already way over my budget but i think im gonna get the maxtor 80gig ata 133 hd drive for 80 bucks and order more ram and a floppy to update the bios and see if i still have these creeping laggy feeling:rolleyes:

her face pops out about 4 or 5 inchs from the glass.

if I'm not mistaken it's a "one of a kind".

lol nice mica, question, in the sisoft sandra benchmark for cpu aritmatic i get lower readings then normal could this be because my cpu is not getting enuff voltage? cuz the bottom portion is above average

nope its not the voltage... this is really disturbing wow im going crazy here... i guess i have to buy a floppy =(

nope its not the voltage... this is really disturbing wow im going crazy here... i guess i have to buy a floppy =( if it is socring low, i would think its because of heat.:( what r temps?

omniskillz
08-08-02, 04:43 PM
temps are good hottest i seen it go is 41c, i ran the test over and over again back to stock fsb and volts first time i got low alu again but second time on it went to normal levels.. could it be just software? JD have you tried using that asus utlility to update your bios? does it work for u.. mine doesnt.. i'd download the bios but it doesnt update it downloads and then just closes or shuts off

jdmcnudgent

omni,

I would first try to restart comp. and run the test again.
now close the proggie down and run a test again.
any change???

if you notice no diffrance then look at what your swap file is like.
do you set up the virtual memory, or let winblows do it???
what setting????

I'm realy guessing, but you could try to reinstall sandra.
