can this psu power an ahtlon xp 1800+ on ecs k7vta3 v3 mobo + 256mb ddr + 2 hds( 1 40gig 7200 rpm maxtor +1 20 gig 5400rpm maxtor) + 1 lite on cd rom + 1 yamaha cd writer + 1 volcano 7 + 1 exhaust fan + gf2 mx400 64mb vid card + 1 leadtek winfast tv capture card??? thnks... psu rating 180w 3.3v and 5.5v = 180w .. thnks.. can i still add more fans??

Probably not (if you are going to add some fans). I would invest some dough and get a nice Antec TruePower power supply... I would say 330W (if you are not going to OC it) and 380-430W if your are going to overclock. Or, just get a 380W from the start :)
