850 t-bird will not clock HELP!!!

850 t-bird , 430w enermax, fop 38 ,epox 8kt2.
It will post and load into windows all the way to 1gig but then it locks up.
Idle temp is 36c system 25c
raised the v-core, raised the io

Nothing.....arrrr

check your memory settings. I tinkered with mine, set it for 4way and wola found myself sailing past 1ghz with no problems on my 800. Keep an eye on your temps too.......
