Which Slot 1 Heat Sink Fan Should I Buy?

I have an Asus p3v4x, with ALL RAM SLOTS FILLED.
What is a hs/f that you guys would recommend for a slot 1 700e (trying to get +1ghz). This CANNOT take up a ram slot. Some say GORB, some say others...what should i get?
