I found it again. The link is correct so I don't know why it's not working. I guess you have to go to their site and do a search for articles by topic "cooling". The review is titled "Socket A & Socket 370 Cooler Roundup - November 2000"

They both use the same heatsink, I believe. The fop 38 uses a delta fan that moves more air, but is louder than the fop 32. The fan moves at 6800 rpm. The fop 32-1 is like $18 at www.coolerchips.com (http://Coolerchips.safeshopper.com) The Alphas are good too. If you get an Alpha, get one with a delta fan, they rock.
