Pep66t on A7Pro, and die color(?)

How should I orient my fan on a pep66t for use on a Tbird on an A7Pro? Side-mount, or on top?
Also, the die on my cpu looks dark green but, around the perimeter of the die, it has a distinctly blue border that looks a little translucent. Which is it? Its a 750mhz and the serial is AO750AMT3B.

if it fits on with the fan side-mounted then i'd leave it that way. they designed the hsf like that after all. and you won't have to modify anything. as for the tbird.. does it really matter now that you already have it...? ;)
