that is a really hot chip... get something a little more robust.
such as a Thermalright SLK800 or a Alpha PAL8045
your processor will thank you :D

Scottland made good recommendations. I would vote for a Thermalright SLK-800 w/ the new Thermatake "Smart" case fan II.

That would give you the option of varying the CFM.

Ok found the Heatsink and fan, but the fan says its a case fan....Will that work on top of the heatsink? If you were refering to the fan just being a case fan and not for the heatsink then could you recommed me a good HS fan. Also what else will I need for the whole CPU HSF setup, Artic Silver 3? shim?

These heatsinks use 80mm fans...same as what most cases use. You'll need/want Arctic Silver 3. A shim isn't really necessary, however some people prefer it. :)
I have the same setup XP2200 on an A7V333 I use the Alpha Pal8045T thats got to be one of the best but its about $40.00 without the fan I'm going to watercooling I'm just wating for it to come from dangerden Maze3 block and heatercoil

Ok after some browsing I came up with a possible problem useing the Thermalright SLK-800 on the Asus A7V333, correct me if I am wrong but the SLK-800 seems a little wide and may be too close to the RAM. Check out the pics here. This IS the Asus A7V333 mobo that I am getting.
