OC forum is not for cheaters

I thought that maybe you could rephrase the description of the Games forum section to exclude the word "cheats".
Whether such things are discussed in there or not, it should not be promoted.

cheating against other people is not right.

i don't think we should ban cheating. i personally love having 999 rounds for the snooper rifle in RTCW. i use it all the way through the game without ever needing to pick up more ammo :)
