What is the difference of this type of SDRAM from the others?

Yup Twinmos is just the brand. Here's a link (http://forum.oc-forums.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=112844) to some guy who took his TwinMos PC2700 all the way up to 460mhz...

Well i asked this cause i recently came up with a Twin-Mos stick.
It's a 128MB SDRAM...it's double sided..and the chips are much bigger than the usual chips that the common SDRAM sticks have.

Still havent found any info for this stick....only for similar chips but not these exact ones.
