Watching pix cd's on TV....help

What software do I need to watch a Picture cd on a dvd player.

and do I need to have a special kodak cd?

it depends on your dvd player. I have one that will display jpegs on a normal cd-r, but they have to be at or below a certain resolution to beable to display. If your dvd player doesn't advertise the fact that it can play "picture cd's", then you may be out of luck.
