looks great IFMU, maybe it could go in the FAQ thread and on the team site??? what do you think? it looks great IMO and serves as a excellent guide for anyone who wants to use overfoldix. it also might be worth it to post it at the community folding boards, just a thought:)
edit: nm about the comm boards thing, just there and saw you already did it:)

Congratulations on deciphering the arcane arte of the "VI" editor! :D
Ye have attained the rank of *NIX novice 3rd class... Continue thy study of the Arte, and ye shall be greatly rewarded for thy efforts! :p

While IFMU's "VI" edit's will allow changing both the team number and username, the changes will not "stick" past a reboot unless one rebuild's the .ISO and reburns ith with the changes incorporated into it. The recipie for doing so has been posted before, so Here is a pointer to how to permanently modify Overfoldix (http://forum.oc-forums.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&postid=833182#post833182)
Doing so requires access to a full Linux system with a CD toaster.

Very true! I hope I stated that well enough in the tutorial there. Dunno.
Wish I actually understood Linux enough to be able to actually understand your guide there. It is just a weee lil bit to much for me unfortunately.
