Where's a good place to get a cold plate?

I'm trying to find a 2"X2" copper cold plate that's about 1/2" thick. I found something about 1/8" thick, but that just doesn't cut it on a 1.1Ghz TBird and a 111W peltier. Any chance on this not being expensive?
