300Watts enough for all my system + 2 120mm fans?

Just wondering if 300watts PSU would be enough to power 2 additional panaflo 120mm fans(rated 5.6watts each) in my T-Bird system. I'm planning to go with water cooling (no peltier) so there will be no power needed for CPU fan.
Is 300watts enough or should I get the 400 watts?

You should be fine with a 300W. Just try it with the 300W unit, then if you have problems upgrade to a 400w unit.

Make sure its a quality 300w like an Antec
