P3 733 flip chip cooling questions

i want to get a new hsf for my cpu......which one will keep it the coolest?...id like to oc to a gig if possible.....i went to 951mhz and the temp went up to 49C after playing Q3 for awhile so i put back to 733.......also i hear of a plate that can be put between the cpu and hsf so that the top of the processor is flat and allows the hsf to sit on the entire cpu not just the little raised part.....has anyone heard of or used this?....does it help?.....id like to hear any other ideas you guys may have about this also.....thanks

Hi, the best seems to be Alpha Pal6035 & Swiftech MC370-0A, all togheter with stabilizing spacers, but you can find an interesting comparative test with 17 Cpu cooler at www.tomshardware.com and search about Lord Kryo.
