How long did it take for your stuff to ship from dangerden? (those who have ordered)

Just wondering... cause i ordering an m3 and reservoir last tues... and it hasn't shipped yet... just wondering... thanks.

Usually DD is very good about getting shipments out ASAP. You might email them and see whats holding the order up.

demand is high for the maze3. If you lucked out and happened to order after a shipment had been depleated you may have to wait a week or so before they get enough in to get to your order. but it will get sent and in a really nice way too.

It took DD 6 Days to throw my 20' of tubing and a dozen poly fittings into a box.

McMaster Carr would have had plenty of time to refill their stock at that rate, even if they bought it with 5 day ground.
McMaster only took 3 days to ship to my house.

I finally recieved it 11 days after ordering.
I don't see their rep as others do. I'll pass on DD in the future, and go to D-Tek. They were the first order I recieved when I ordered from 4 sites in the same day.

Oh, and one more thing...If they did have a problem getting the stuff I ordered in stock, 1) they didn't say so on the site while I was ordering. 2) they didn't trouble themselves to e-mail me to let me know either.

I'm not mad at them, but I won't be buying from them anytime soon. I won't stand for a customer service policy of "letting things slide".

if you email them they usually get back to you.

I think what's happening is people ordering from them recently are seeing this kind of problem.. but people who have ordered from them in the past or ordered products that are the most common or older ..get better response time.

I figured my copper top'd heatsink took a bit longer because it wasn't lucite like everyone else was ordering. so obviously they dont have that any made like that. but whatever. I shouldn't need to order another cpu block again unless the holes change on the motherboards and i cant mount mine on some new hardware in the future.

hand deliverd it to my house the night after i ordered it- the guy was great! He said they take 1-2 days to process and 1-4 days to ship depending on where you are-
