Ive got a crappy rage pro in my second machine and I put some copper ramsinks on it the other day. The default memory clock for this card is 75 mhz. I think tihs card can do over 120 mhz easily w/ the cooling I've got but once i nudge powerstrip settings past 118 it just resets it self back to an underclocked speed of 60 mhz and asks if i would like to keep the settings.
