How can I monitor temps in my computer?

I'm building my own system, finally, and I'm thinking of doing some overclocking. Is there anyway, other then a digital doc, to easily monitor things such as ambient case temp, cpu temp, etc? I know that monitoring the cpu isn't that hard but I won't to be able to monitor several temps.

Also has anyone tried the digital doc? I'm just kind of trying to see what my options are.
