Is it a snap to install or do I have to cut thing to make it fit?

fits like a glove, However, The 6035 with the sunon fan stinks. Get one with a Delta or save your self some money and get a Globalwin fop 38, probably the best HSF for the money. You may have to bend the 6035 clips to make a tighter fit. If you want a quiet
HSF the fop 32-1, or the Volcano II is a good choice.

The 6035 with a Sunon fan doesn't "suck". You may get 2-3C cooler with a delta though :)

I hate to disagree but, you get 10C cooler with the delta fan. I had the 6035 with the sunon fan. The fop 38 cools the same cpu 10C cooler. The friend I sold the 6035 to put a delta on it and now the HSF rocks 13C cooler. Trust me, spend the extra for the Delta.

I just have a problem with the word "sucks". Sucks implies that it doesn't work. I have personally tested the Sanyo Denki against the YS Tech and consistently gotten 1C difference in temps, but the Sanyo is much quieter...plus it's engineering spec's are a lot better. Does that mean it sucks?
Not everyone likes the noise of the delta fans. It's a matter of personal preference. There are a lot of new people that come here that may get the wrong impression if they see a post like that.

Substitute "stinks" for "sucks" ;)
