I just picked up my copy today at the cincinnatti Microcenter. There's a few of them scattered around the states, not many though.
It's the linux version of q3a, but you only need to d/l the pointrelease patch, install it, and copy over the pk0 data file from the cd, and you're set! You've paid for it, you got your cdkey, and it's 100 percent legal! (microcenter gave instructions on how to make it win32 compatable.. so i KNOW it's legal)
