Fan holes....

Do any of you know where they can cut holes on my case?
I don't have any access to tools neccesary so...
Or is there any cheap tool that I can buy and cut a hole my self?
How much those steel cuttor cost?

Try to lay your hands on a Dremel. They really aren't that expensive, and will do a decent job. Surlyjoe, excellent job with just tinsnips.

I did it~!
I bought a jig saw at HomeDepot for 20bux and 2bux for the blade. It worked very well..I thought it was not going to work since it was the cheapest one I could find. Well, gonna make many many fan holes now...wooohoo...
