AMD 700 runing at 42c - 48c Not o/c

I have a amd duron 700 not o/c it its running at 42c-48c what's wrong, im using Motherboard monitor 5 and it has 3 temps so im guessing that the highest temp is the cpu...

All my stuff is intel, but from what I've read that seems high, even for AMD.

I'm assuming that's at idle and not under load, right? What do you have for a case fan setup, and cpu heatsink/ fan?

well i just have a standard cooling heatsink and fan and the side is off the case most of the time....
but im am just about to put a water cooled block on the chip so i can o/c it but it just seams hot at idle...........
