Removing my CPU Fan

I want to overclock my Duron 700mhz CPU, but to do so i need to remove my CPU fan so I can get into the CPU and bridge the gaps, how do i remove the fan?

Try check out www.tomshardware.com , they had an article on removing and/or replacing H/S'. Hope this helps.
