I don't think the R7000 has T & L.
I'd go for the geforce:)

it doesnt matter, with no hardware T&L the 7000 becomes an overclocked Rage128 Pro.....it sucks....but so does the MX200...stay away from it....
get an MX400, though on Ebay my friend got a far superior GTS for 34$ shipped.....check out ebay and pricewatch, resellerratings.com and i think you could find a GTS/Radeon LE which are far better than any MX for less than 50$....

As far as i know ............ could be wrong .............. the 7000 is the equivalent of the original radeon in cheaper packaging . It has DDR and a directX 7 T&L unit .
( I could be wrong and it could be the 7200 )

Oops , it's the 7200 that supports T&L . A better bet than a mx200 or 7000 would be to get one of the original Radeons with 64 mb DDR one of my friends has a 32MB one and it still does a good job .

Sorry, the r7000 is the dreaded Radeon VE (value edition) No T&L

The GF2 MX's DO come in DDR.....BUT it's only 64bit, Good old SDR is 128bit so it doesn't make much (if any) difference.
Go for a GF2MX 400, But personally I would wait a while or do what funnyperson1 said and get something faster as the GF2MX will be the botleneck as soon as you get a faster CPU (I got an extra 100 points when I went from 888 to 1600MHz:( ).

yes i know this. i read up on it when i purchased my gainward gf2mx400. the reason i said this is that very very few companies actually made the card in ddr since it didn't help anything and the sdram was alot cheaper to implement.
