How to paint you LCD?

Are there any guides to paint your LCD? I have an ugly offwhite lcd, and I want to paint it black. Is it safe to do it?

Well right here (http://www.coolcasegallery.net/ccg/viewcase.php?cid=00683) you can see what this one guy did to his LCD that I think looks really cool. Maybe you could email him to get instructions if you were really interested.

I saw that and loved it. I am thinking of doing that to my KDS LCD even tho its silver. I would look pretty pimp tho with a silver stand.
