The reviewer praises the clip... unlike other reviews... he says:
"It was easily the simplest install I've ever done. slip the first side of the clip over the processor and then over the other side with the screwdriver to help. Installing it only took about 5 seconds total."
The VERDICT? it is NOT as good as a FOP38, but a heck of a lot quieter.
I really want to put that fan on a Pal6035 :-)
