Every time i post i get asked about this and my post go off topic.
Im not whinning i just want to keep things from always going off topic. Yes you can use a Mac monitor with the ADC conector on a PC as long as your grfx card has a DVI output and can support the correct resolutions. Here is what the converter looks like.
