I'm going to oc a celeron 667mhz to 1Ghz (10x100) sitting on a slotket,
on an abit bh6 rev1.0 (bx motherboard) ,which cooler should i choose?
Is alpha pep66 heatsink is good if so which size of fan should i choose?
Where is the cheaper place on the web to buy it?

Alpha PEP66 is designed for Slocket use, and is generally considered to be the best. The Agilent Arcticooler is also a good heatsink though, that's what I use personally. Read some reviews, that'll give you a good idea of what to try (start with the ones on the main page).
