p2 fan not working...broken

hi can i attach an amd k6500 cpu cooler to the p2 cpu?? cant find any p2 fans available anymore.. could i just glue on a fan with heatsink?? thnks... please give advice...

you should just be able to mount it like you would normally rite? i had some k6 machines and they use the same thing as the pootaniums...

p2 cpu s are slot 1 i think.. its the p1 that has the same socket as an amd
