emailer for monster.com

ive been trying to get a job for the last few monthes. monster.com is one of the places ive been trying. it occured to me today that posibly a program is avalible to help me out. all i do it copy paste the same email to everyone
"Hello,
I saw you ad on monster and though I could be a good match. I hope to hear from you.
attached is my resume as of 8/15/02
-Troy"

is there something that could do this for me automaticaly?

maybe you could set up a rule with outlook, via excel. Put new email addy's in excel, and have outlook check periodically for new ones, and email away.. Dunno if it's that versatile though
