Is there any SMP chipsets coming out that will have 128 bit /dual 64 bit memory controllers?
There are actually a few already available. There's the Intel E7500.

The serverworks grand champion LE and WS chipsets.

Also, there's even a Quad channel  DDR chipset for 2-way and 4-way Xeon platforms. This is the serverworks Grand champion HE.

You'll notice that most of these are server chipsets and therefore lack AGP. The Grand Champion WS, however, is meant to be a workstation chipset and will feature AGP. Asus is suppose to be releasing a board with this chipset.

Also, Intel is suppose to release a new dual channel DDR workstation Xeon chipset with AGP support refered to as Placer (or E7505) sometimes this fall.
