Is it a bad sign if after I power down all my fans jitter, or sometimes (the cpu fan) just keeps spinning at almost full speed? All except the video card do this.
I'm having lots of problems with my new pc getting "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" BSOD's randomly and am slowly troubleshooting everything I can. It doesn't appear to be my ram. Anyway I'm just frustrated and rambling, is that spaztic fan thing a problem and if so could it be related to my other problems?
