or Should I Not be concerned about constantly(every few months) my video card's BIOS? Is it as important as a motherboard BIOS?

its not as important, but change it if you like.

No. it's not that important but it sometimes provides better performance.

its not so important, but it might be as well. because an updated version is much more rare than how often the mainboard new bioses are released, what means something important was added.

its relative to the importance difference between mainboard and video card.

It's only important if there's a feature you *must* fix. Such as DVI displaying correctly and it needs a BIOS fix.

Indeed. 'Cept mobo BIOS chips are usually replacable.
