Does anyone know where I can gat an 80mm Delta Fan online?
The dealer that sells them has them running right now. Open your door and follow the annoying sound. Hint: It is okay to cross state lines.:-)

I have a 60mm one, and it sounds like a hair dryer. You get used to it though. I would, however, STRONGLY advise you NOT to plug one of those power greedy fans into one of those delicate mobo fan headers.... could get ugly.
