I was bored so I decided to make use of my seemingly useless blowhole. I went to get a piece of Dell cardboard and ducted my 53CFM Sanyo Denki blowhole fan to my Delta68 heatsink fan. 2-3c drop almost instantly. Unfortunately, my side panel is dangling on the printer table since the blowhole is not parallel to my heatsink fan.

I was just wondering if I should replace my Sanyo fan for an identical Delta68 or maybe something more powerful? Will that give me even better results?

EDIT:
Also forgot, does it matter how far the sidefan is away from the cpu fan? My cardboard duct is about 5-6 inches in between.

For a duct you usually want a higher CFM, if not bigger fan, is it possible to convert to a 120mm? If you can't I would recommend you get another fan for that intake and will help. It doesn't matter how far. Try using like a plastic cup you get at the movies, much more stable than cardboard and won't vibrate that easily.
