Anyone ever put an ALPHA PAL6035 + fan on a Slot1 BXboard?

Just wondering if it fits....I'm using my trusty old Aopen AX6BC with a slocket adapter and a Celeron 566 on it. I'm hoping the RAM doesn't get in the way :::crosses fingers::: but i'm not sure and I probably won't order it if it won't fit.

I loose Dimm1 when I use my PFH6035 (same size and shape as the PAL, only it has an aluminum base, and it's not black). The PEP66 is the real deal for Slocket users, get one of them instead (it works better too).
