is this enough cooling?

I plan on watercooling my athlonXP and was also going to add case fans into my system. So I was wondering will 1*120mm 2*80mm and two 80mm fans in the psu be ok! Iam planing speeds of 1.8Ghz with a 1800+ Xp. Will this cooling be fine?

Whats the best waterblock that I should go for?
Will I need fans blowing at my radaiator?

Your case cooling sounds like it should be sufficient enough. You will want to have some powerful fans on your radiator, or else your radiator will not work as well as you'll want it. Find one with a fan shroud, it'll make your experience a little easier. Right now the most popular waterblock is the Dtek spir@ls. The dangerden waterblocks aren't bad either, maze 3 and so on.
