Try Ebay! They do sell some new parts (if you find someone with like 2000 feedback there probally a dealer and selling new parts) I got a 550W with dual fans for £35 thats including the postage. don't know if it works yet as I just emailed the guy to say I won.

You're going to be hard-pressed to find a quality PSU for that low a price. I'd recommend trying Pricewatch (http://www.pricewatch.com) , then visit Reseller Ratings (http://www.resellerratings.com/) to find the most dependable merchants.

I got a nice Sparkle 300W off of Ebay. It said it was a system pull, but it looked brand new and works great. It was around $20 shipped. The auction was for 20-30 dutch. I forget who the seller was, I could look if you want, they sell alot of stuff and had a very high positive feedback.
