best xp stepping

i was just wonderin what the pest stepping for overclcoking has been. i"m talkin consitently, since i know sometimes it's all luck. Any help greatly apreciated

There's a lot of discussion about this in the forums. The best bang for the buck chip right now is the 1600+ with the agoia or aroia stepping. the average for these chips is probably 1.8ghz.

It's the AGOIA for the XP1600+. There are a lot of the "y" stepping out so that's the most preferred. MY "k" overclocks very well but not too many ppl have the "k" stepping.

How high it overclocks depends on your other components and luck.

i just ordered the xp1600 (got a feeling it will be the agoia y 0213 (many have been getting this)) well its really cheap at www.newegg.com right now with free shipping
